How can I join the membership?

We open twice a year. If you’re on the homepage and you don’t see any “join now” buttons, then we’re currently closed.  Sign up for our mailing list to find out when we open next! (There are a few signup forms that will show up on the main page members.startupfashion.com when we’re closed)

I can't login, what do I do?


You might be logging into the wrong place.  We have both a membership and a shop, both have separate logins.

If you’re trying to log into the membership, you can go to
https://members.startupfashion.com/login/

But if you’re trying to access something you purchased from our shop, you can go here instead:
https://startupfashion.com/my-account/

Both pages have a password reset tool that you can use if you have forgotten your password, but if you try it and it says there is no user,  make sure you’re using the correct e-mail address.  Otherwise, you might be using the wrong login page.

How do I access my shop purchase?

As we mentioned, we have 2 sites associated with StartUp Fashion, and the one you’re currently looking at is the membership site. If you need to access your shop purchase, you can login here:

How can I contact Nicole?

If you’re a member, the best way is to log into your account and use the contact page there. If you’re not a member yet and you still have questions, feel free to send a message using the form below.
